Tumescent Liposuction

A minimally invasive surgery that removes fat deposits from the body is known as Liposuction. Through a process known as the tumescent technique, a large amount of fluid is injected into a person’s fatty tissue which makes it “tumescent,” which means “swollen and firm.” Through this process, the fat cells are literally able to be “vacuumed” out of the body. In this interactive procedure, you will mark the areas to be targeted and numb the areas where you will make the incisions. After that, you will inject the tumescent fluid into target locations, and then use a cannula to suction out the fatty deposits through each small incision. We will then go over the recovery process for Liposuction and ways to make important life style changes after the procedure. Our patient is ready to go, so let’s scrub in and get started!
